Hello and welcome to InMyMomentum. My name is Alice and I am a qualified & BACP registered Psychotherapist; offering talking therapy on a short term or open-ended basis to support your emotional wellbeing. I specialise in Person-Centred therapy, however I have experience in and work with different approaches depending on what you may need.
Therapy is to help you heal, grow, and acquire understanding. It is a source of support that can enable you to gain increased self awareness and feel more empowered. The focus is to help you identify and change what may be troubling you. To achieve this, I provide a nurturing, confidential and non-judgemental safe space, listening to your concerns. We will work together, I am here to walk alongside you on your journey.

Therapy is for any individual having a hard time and/or struggling emotionally and mentally.
It can help through these difficult times such as, relationship challenges, job stress, anxiety, depression, overthinking and many more.
